About me…

I’m a fully-qualified fitness & nutritional coach with over 12 years’ experience, based in Surrey.

At a young age, my passion for kickboxing and mountain biking led me into the world of fitness, the body, and its capabilities. And, let’s be honest, a few broken bones of injuries have led to plenty of my own self-motivated rehabilitation!

While studying for my Sports Science Foundation Degree, my career began in earnest as a Fitness Instructor in a local gym. I’ve gone on to run my own personal training business as well as reaching the highest level of qualification in coaching. I’ve even become a PT tutor, bringing new personal trainers into the industry for the past seven years.

But while I’m proud of my experience and qualifications, what really brings me the most joy is helping my clients achieve their ambitions and hit their targets.

Today, I spend my time helping people improve their hobbies and health. It’s the perfect match for my passion for the biomechanics, biology and chemistry of the body – as well as the psychology of fitness.

I also work with the Parkinson’s Association, supporting rehabilitation clients in a role requiring specialist research and understanding.

Outside of work I am still a keen Mountain Biking enthusiast where I race competitivly, as well as being a qualified Bike Coach for individuals and racing teams.

From nutrition to sports training, fitness is my life – and that’s an attitude and commitment you can see in the results I achieve with my clients.
